As straightforward as it may seem, you must be careful while filling your personal details. Make sure all information on this section is filled according to what is shown in your passport. Teachers will use this data to make your Admission Letter and JW202 Form and if any information is not correct, you will most likely face some trouble with your visa application. For instance, in some Asian countries the last name (family name) is written first, followed by the first name (given names); whatever the order it is, always follow what your passport indicates.
