Your application documents are of vital importance in your admission process. Be very careful in preparing them. Here we share you some tips that could be of help.

Important notes:

  • If original documents are not in English or Chinese, please upload notarized translations of these.

  • Scan your documents instead of taking photos of them. Uploading clear and easily readable documents is highly recommended.

Some of the documents where you need to put most attention to:

1. Passport: need to have at least 6 months validity counted from the start of the semester you are applying for. For example, if you are applying to March intake, your passport needs to be valid at least until September of that year.

2. Physical Examination Form: pay special attention to your photo section, and remember your doctor to sign and stamp where is necessary. A physical exam without signature and stamp will be considered invalid.

3. Non-criminal Record: Sometimes called “Police Clearance”, “Background Check Report”, etc. It’s sole purpose is to proof to Chinese authorities that you don’t have any records of illegal activities registered in your home country.
