Great news!
For all of you who are worried because you don’t have IELTS or TOEFL test certificates (required for most English taught programs), some universities are testing new alternatives.
TOEFL and IELTS test centers have been closed and testing suspended for the most part of 2020 due to the pandemic. Due to this, many students are not able to provide their English proficiency tests for their applications to Chinese universities BUT universities like Northwestern Polytechnical University have started to accept Duolingo Online Test results as an alternative option.
